Week 4

We've been dabbling with recording, requesting and posting all month long. This week, we are looking for a full song! There are no genre or era requirements - just post a song you love to sing.

Be sure to take a listen to everyone else's songs too. We end this challenge with a final round of compliments all around. It is my sincere belief that we learn a lot from recognizing the strengths of ourselves and others. As we get good at specifically complimenting others, we get better at listening with discernment. That discernment helps us understand and define in concrete ways, what good singing is. 

Putting yourself out there can be a scary and challenging thing. Whether the barrier to entry is technical (I don't know how to post a video to youTube), physical (there are no singing opportunities where I live), logistical (I don't have time to sing) or psychological (I'm afraid I won't sound good) just the act of posting a video of you singing can be an amazing way to overcome those barriers. Every time we overcome a barrier, we become a little more confident.
