Choir direction courses

Hello. I'm new to this platform, and I have a question.

I'm a choir director at a murga here in Argentina. I'd like to know if there are courses here on Tonebase that you can recommend me for getting better at my role.

(For those who may not know the genre, the singing in uruguayan-style murga involves something like a twang resonance, audioperceptive for a minimum of 3 vocal melodies developing simultaneously (simulating a harmony) and a lot of physical stamina for not just singing naturally loud, but also managing air while moving around the stage).
